Use one public web link at a time. Private, removed, protected or unsupported pages may fail to import. Check the result and original source before cooking.

After saving in the share extension, close the share sheet and open Savoli. The library reloads before opening the saved recipe.

Check your connection, Savoli sign-in, Premium access and that the link opens publicly in Safari, then retry from the share sheet.

Open More → Subscription → Restore purchases and use the same App Store account used for the purchase.

Open your Apple account’s subscription settings to change or cancel the plan. Deleting a Savoli account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

An Apple confirmation may be pending or the purchase may need restoration. Reopen Savoli, check your connection and use Restore purchases. If access is still missing, contact support without sending a full receipt or technical account identifier.

English or French display is prepared when you open a saved recipe. If translation is unavailable, the original remains visible. Editing uses the original. Shared previews retain the snapshot’s published language.

The published snapshot, its photo and copies saved by recipients remain available. Sharing excludes your personal library notes but retains source links. Contact support about a shared-content request.

Plan recipes for the week, then open Groceries → Create from plan. Choose the recipes to include and tap Create list. If a calculated list already exists, use Update from plan, then Update list. Generated items are replaced while manual additions are retained.

Open More → Account → Delete my account and confirm your identity with Apple. Deletion is irreversible for the affected active data. Read the privacy policy for retention and sharing limits.

No. Savoli processes media from the public link you submit. Depending on the source, Google services and OpenAI may read image text or transcribe source audio. See the privacy policy for details.

If enabled, Savoli links this installation to your account and uses Apple push notifications to tell you when an import is ready. You can disable notifications in Savoli or iOS settings. The weekly reminder is local.
