1. Publisher and acceptance

Savoli, presented under the public developer name Brm Studios, is offered by Brm Agency LLC, at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, 00000. Contact: superdev@brmagency.co.

These terms govern use of Savoli, its share extension and Premium. By creating an account or using Savoli, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Savoli imports recipes from compatible public links, organizes recipe cards in folders, supports editing, meal planning and grocery lists. The share extension accepts one public link at a time. Private, removed, unsupported or protected content, missing recipe information and provider unavailability can prevent or limit an import.

3. Account and security

Sign in with Apple is required for your library and shared previews. Protect access to your device and Apple account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access another person’s account data, bypass subscription or security controls, or disrupt the service.

4. Imported and shared content

You choose the links submitted and must have the right to access and use their content. Savoli does not transfer rights to source text, photos, trademarks or other third-party material.

Sharing creates a snapshot with source links and its available photo. Personal library notes are excluded. Signed-in recipients can save independent copies. Published snapshots and recipient copies can survive deletion of your account.

Automated extraction and translation may contain errors. Check ingredients, quantities, times, temperatures and instructions against the original source before cooking. Savoli does not provide medical, nutritional or professional advice and does not reliably identify allergens or food-safety risks.

5. Savoli Premium

The App Store displays price, duration and any eligible offer before confirmation. Available plans provide the same Premium access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled within Apple’s stated deadlines. Apple manages payment, renewal, refunds and cancellation under App Store rules.

You can restore purchases in Savoli. Deleting your Savoli account does not cancel your Apple subscription; manage it separately in Apple subscription settings.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every source. Maintenance, provider changes, iOS changes or source decisions may affect features. Material changes to these terms will carry a new effective date. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

7. Suspension and deletion

Access may be restricted for abuse, security violations, a clear breach of these terms or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, affected users will receive relevant information. You may delete your account in the app. Deletion is irreversible for the active data affected, subject to the limits described in the privacy policy.

8. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Savoli is not responsible for errors or unavailability in third-party sources or decisions made without checking a recipe. Nothing excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Applicable law and disputes

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring a claim before a court competent under applicable law. You can first contact Savoli support to seek a resolution.
